His spectacular DUI car flip of a few weeks ago marked the rising star's second arrest since November -- and rumors are flying that the "Transformers" star may be looking to a stay in rehab.

Shia LaBeouf will soon face a judge to answer for his alcohol-related wreck... and entering a rehab center may benefit him in several ways. "Judges like to see it," a source tells the NY Post.

LaBeouf required surgery after the smash-up for a seriously damaged left hand. His rep said, "Right now, we're focusing on Shia's hand."
