Freeman Injured in Car Wreck

Morgan Freeman, 71, has been hospitalized after flipping his car near his home in Mississippi at 1:45 AM Monday.

The Oscar winner was listed in serious condition at a hospital in Memphis. He was airlifted there after crews extricated the star of "The Dark Knight" from his vehicle using the Jaws of Life.

Freeman -- who has reportedly suffered a broken arm and shoulder -- joked with onlookers as he was removed from the wreck. According to AP, Morgan said to people who were snapping cell phone pix, "No freebies, no freebies!"

Mr. Freeman, my prayers are with you for a speedy recovery. My daughter was in a car accident just before her 21st birthday, so I know what you and your family are going through. She is now 23 and disabled but alive. Thanks to GOD for both of you. You are a great actor. I love to see your pictures. Get better soon.

Why was Morgan Freeman in the car with his estrange wife friend @ 11:30 PM is this like THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP. Remeber girls never tell your freinds just how good you man is to you memtal financially and physcially somebidy always wants to know just what you are getting and what they are missing. I do wish him and his family all the best and I hope that he has a speedly recovery.

I don’t understand why people have to be so rude… snapping pictures like that.

To me that doesn’t say they don’t care if he is alright.. they just care about getting a pic of somebody famous!
