Jackie, I am 62 years old, in good shape, my problem is my thighs. Is it possible to firm them at my age.

Happy Birthday. You do 40 justice.
Here’s my problem I want to loose my belly. I can’t do situps because of my back. What can you recommend that won’t hurt my back? Also, my arms have gotten sort of big for my tast how can I slim them down quick.

HEY JAKIE I WANT TO HAVE FLAT ABBS BEFOR SCHOOL STARTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO ? AND IF I WANT TO WORK OUT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE? ALSO WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EAT EVERY HALF AN HOUR?

Hey, Jackie! I’ve heard so much about the order in which you should work out and thought I would get your take. Is it better to lift weights before cardio or does it really make a difference?

I have enrolled in a weight lifing class and would like to know what is the correct amount of weight and reps to shape abs and slim thighs.

You are an insperation and I am going to get this boodie going again. I have just slacked off and lost my groove. Its time someone realized sit ups are not the answer, and that getting older does not mean you have to shrivel up and become an artifact.

Hey Jackie,
First of all happy birthday girl. 40 is looking good on you. I’m one of your myspace buddies girl. Any who, I’ve been trying to pump myself up to lose this weight and I’ve been failing every time. Yes I went out and bought your excercise dvd but sadly to say I haven’t used it yet. I’m just a sucker for junk food. I’m 160 right now and terrified that I may gain more wieght. Never had any kids just love food that’s all. I want that Janet Jackson/Beyonce’ body but I just don’t have the motivation to do so. Soooo Jackie what should I do. The doctor told me if I keep eating at this same rate I could get increase heart disease. But I’m still eating like a pig. Please help. Thanks Jackie.
