Pop mom Britney Spears shed some light on her ultra-private life in a recent sit-down with OK! magazine -- and according to the NY Post, she collected an ultra-cool $1 million for a glimpse into her conservatored life!

Spears allegedly agreed to the tell-all after pop Jamie brokered a deal with the mag to pay his daughter the big bucks. The "Piece of Me" singer had another reason for giving OK! the story -- Brit bailed during a sit-down with the mag last year. Sources say a happy and healthy Britney more than made up for it with this interview.

The mag's east coast editor, Shauna Bass, told "Extra" that the pop mom -- who wants her boys to be close to Jamie Lynn's new tot -- will be seeing her niece and sister really soon. "Jamie Lynn is going to visit her big sis Britney, bringing the new baby Maddie along to meet the cousins for the first time."
