UPDATE: A rep for the "Rehab" singer has released a statement on the condition of Winehouse -- and the cause for hospitalization: "Amy Winehouse suffered a reaction to medication at home this evening and was taken to the hospital," says the statement provided to Us Weekly.

It's another round of drama for Amy Winehouse -- the singer was rushed to a London hospital with an unknown ailment today.

Over the weekend, Winehouse injured her hand after some erratic behavior while trying to pass through a bar gate.

This is Winehouse's second trip to the hospital in the last few months. She was recently diagnosed with early emphysema.
