Shia Recovering from DUI Wreck
Following a scary car crash that flipped his truck early Sunday morning, Shia LaBeouf is recovering from extensive hand surgery in Los Angeles. Click here to see more photos of the accident.
After the crash, LaBeouf was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and cited for a misdemeanor DUI. Although his arrest hasn't affected LaBeouf's participation in "Transformers 2," it has halted filming of the $300-million blockbuster. According to his reps, Shia is expected to be back on the "Transformers 2" set "within a month."
The accident capped a chaotic year for LaBeouf, in which he's been busted for trespassing, for lighting up in a no smoking zone -- and caught on tape using a homophobic slur. Shia will be back in court in August to answer the DUI charges.

“caught on tape using a homophobic slur”
So it’s now illegal to express a disliking of a lifestyle? How come when people are caught making ‘Christianphobic’ slurs it never makes headlines? I know why. It’s illegal to dislike or disagree with any lifestyle or faith except for homosexuality and Islam.
People need to grow some thicker skin. I’m a Christian. You can make slurs at me all you want to. It does not have any bearing on my faith.
