Actor Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed son Levi into the world two weeks ago -- and now, the first-time parents are opening up about life with the tot!

Levi -- the spitting image of his pop -- even has a connection to Batman Christian Bale! Matthew revealed to OK! magazine that he whistled to his son while he was in the womb -- the same tune that a younger Bale whistled in the flick, "Empire of the Sun."

Proud mama -- MUXO handbag designer Camila -- dished to "Extra" about motherhood just before her baby boy was born, saying that she couldn't wait to "see the baby's face." Alves also shared her plans to get back her post-baby bod, saying, "After I have the baby, I'm going straight to get myself back into shape."

The happy two have no plans to marry.
