Madonna stepped out for dinner with hubby Guy Ritchie in NYC last night -- despite rumors of a split amid reports the Material Girl is cozying up to Yankees stud Alex Rodriguez, reports Us Weekly.

Madonna stepped out for dinner with hubby Guy Ritchie in NYC last night -- despite rumors of a split amid reports the Material Girl is cozying up to Yankees stud Alex Rodriguez, reports Us Weekly.

The pop queen, 49, looked tired as she and Ritchie, 39, held hands and headed back to her Central Park West pad. The two had not been seen together since June 3 -- and have endured widely reported rumors of a split -- thanks to being photographed without wedding rings, and the Material Girl's alleged late-night visits with A-Rod.

Yesterday, a rep for Madge put the kibosh on rumors that she and her producer husband were headed for a split -- and denied that the "4 Minutes" singer was anything but pals with the baseball star, with whom she shares a manager.

I am happy that everything seems to be working out. She is tired because of all the stress that she has been under. People think she is super human, but she is not. She is a wife, mother,singer, director, dancer, writer, and philanthropist. At the end of the day, she is tired. She is tired because of the rehersals for the tour. Let them be.
