You just can’t do that when talking about a diet program!! What kind of “reporting” is that?? Did you have to cut the footage of the actual diet information? If you didn’t show 10 clips of the same thing leading up to the piece you’d have time to finish it! Finish what you started!

extra get straight and stop the 8 teases on your topics and then when it airs it doesn’t really tell us anything. I’m getting tired of this. Give us the whole
story.

The way Kelly is eating sounds a lot like Mary Lou Henners “Body Victory” program. It costs $20 and she explains the whole thing and gives lots of recipies and a shopping list. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months doing this program and finally had a flat belly. Check it out.

I thought it might be a Raw diet as well, as that cake looked like one I’ve seen — but then it wouldn’t be real “cheese” she’s eating. Surely they’d mention that minor detail?

I agree with Vicki,I think she is on a raw food diet and was disappointed that extra really didn’t get into what exactly she is eating. They just said she eats sweets and didn’t get the whole story. I hopw that you have her on again and explain this more because a raw food diet will help you lose weight…not just eating sweets. I would also love some of these recipes.

Showing this I feel was extreamly iresponsable. I am diebetic and from experence can tell you most people feel better when there sugars are high.
However it is recking every organ in there body when the sugars reach such high numbers, also you do loss wieght when your sugars are out of hand. I can atest to this as it happened to me and my doctor is the one hwo explained the facts to me. Please warn people of the dangers if you insist on telling these tells anything else is very irresponcable reporting I am disapointed in extra for this mayb you should have checked with a doctor befor airing diet news that could cause many deaths.

I think she might be on a raw foods plan. I have been eating raw for about a year now and those look like typical raw desserts. However I wouldn’t recommend making the foundation of your diet cake, chocolate, and cheese. I would suggest a variety of fruits and veggies. I eat about 15-20 servings of raw fruits and veggies per day and yes, the weight did melt off. I lost 15 lbs. in three months and have maintained it effortlessly for almost a year. I don’t count calories, fat grams, carbs, points, etc. I started with The Raw Foods Detox Diet by Natalia Rose and expanded the recipes into other books I found on Amazon. I might be wrong, but Kelly’s food looks like raw recipes. Good for her for losing weight over three weeks, but it might be too soon to see if she can stick with it. I wish her the best.

What an awful tease — you didn’t tell us what the diet actually is! Just a ridiculously vague reference to “organic” and “sugar and flour free”… more details, please!!
