Heather Locklear has returned to her Los Angeles home after four weeks of treatment for depression in an Arizona facility, and a close pal says "Heather's feeling really great... she looks beautiful, just radiant," reports People magazine.

During her stay, the 46-year-old actress received spa treatments and rode horses. BF Jack Wagner visited Heather on two occasions, while ex hubby Richie Sambora took care of 10-year-old daughter Ava.

Locklear is very happy to be "back home with Ava," according to Heather's pal, who added, "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core... that's when I knew she was going to be fine."
