Ethan Hawke has said "I do" again, marrying his longtime girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes -- the pregnant nanny who tended to his kids with ex wife Uma Thurman.

The "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead" star and Shawhughes were married three weeks ago, and are expecting a baby very soon. Coincidentally, Uma recently announced her engagement to Swiss financier beau, Arpad Busson -- the former flame of model Elle MacPherson, with whom he has two tots.

Ethan and Uma have two children -- Maya, 10, and Levon, 6. Now Shawhughes is their stepmother.
