Bad Dad Brad?

Father of six Brad Pitt certainly has his hands full six kids, including new babies Knox and Viv -- now he's being blasted for giving daughter Shiloh a ride on his lap while driving a golf cart.

The 44-year-old was snapped at a quad bike track in Miraval with the angelic tot, 2, perched on his lap -- apparently with no seatbelt or helmet. Now, according to The Smoking Gun, Brad is threatening legal action against news outlets who publish the pix -- which show "Pitt and his family as they engaged in familial activities on private property," and, if published, would "violate his privacy rights," according to Brad's lawyer, Yael Holtkamp.

Last September, the A-lister opened up about his tots being paparazzi targets. "It's not going to keep our kids caged in," Brad says. "The only thing that frightens me today is something happening to my kids, or something happening to Angie." France has strong privacy laws which have inhibited the paparazzi.

If photos are published when the celebrity is within his/her property, then it is just right for the paparazzis/tabloids to be sued for violation of privacy….these paparazzis can take as many photos as they desire as long as the celebrity is within PUBLIC view. I still think that they (paparazzis) should maintain a reasonable distance from their subjects to give these celebrities room to go about their businesses.

ITS FUNNY HOW BRAD IS THREATING LEGAL ACTION FOR THE SPECIFIC PIC AND YET HE DIDNT DO THE SAME FOR THE OTHER PICS THAT WERE RELEASED showing Pitt and his family as they engaged in familial activities on private property.So i guess it’s ok with him for the media to release the other pics as long as they make him look good in the public eye

Oh please it is a golf cart, one can walk faster than a golf cart moves. The paps should all be euthanized! I hope Brad goes after the intruders!

Give me a break. Celeb’s can’t do anything without the papparazzi taking pic’s and making them look bad. How sad! How many dad’s have taken their kids for a ride on the riding lawnmower? Mine has and he was VERY careful, as I’m sure Brad was when taking Shiloh for a ride on a golf cart. RELAX!
