Spitzer's Hooker Sued

Amber Arpaio has filed a federal lawsuit claiming ex Gov. Eliot Spitzer's former callgirl, Ashley Dupre, stole her identity -- and used it to dance topless in a "Girls Gone Wild" video!

In 2003, the then-teenage Dupre allegedly flashed Amber's lost driver's license to prove she was old enough to flash. Dupre even identified herself as Arpaio on camera. Now Amber claims Ashley ruined her reputation.

"If you do a search of her name, it ties her into hundreds of thousands of sites, all of them being pornographic," said Arpaio's attorney Richard Dunn, according to the NY Post.

Arpaio is now 26 and seeking "millions" in monetary damages from Ashley and Joe Francis, the man behind "GGW."
