Angelina Jolie successfully slipped out of Lenval hospital this past weekend -- making a getaway with new twins Knox and Vivienne by leaving in a van!

The newest Jolie-Pitt babies and their "Wanted" mother snuck out of the Nice hospital at 4:00 AM, fooling photogs by jumping into a van, which was apparently packed with presents for the A-list babies.

Jolie is believed to be recuperating at Chateau Miraval, which she purchased with partner Brad Pitt earlier this year. The week-old twins bring the Brangelina tot total to six.
