I had an accident on a segway this past weekend when the segway I rented had one wheel lock up or stop at full speed and flip over with my ankle in it. I ended up in the hospital with a dislocated ankle, a chip fracture, torn ligaments and tendons and a spiral fracture up to my knee. The last thing the lady said to me when she rented it to me was “don’t worry, no one really gets hurt on these things”.
