No Wedding Bells for Joel and Nicole
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are not planning a wedding anytime soon, according to People magazine. Madden, 29, dished that the couple is happy for now just being together -- and taking care of their 5-month-old daughter, Harlow.
"We don't have any plans for that right now," the Good Charlotte singer said. "Right now we're really happy, and we're concentrating on our family. We're moving at our own pace."
New mama Nicole also dished to "Extra" about the importance of family in the couple's lives, saying, "The whole family spends so much time together. We are at my dad's once a week and we are at my mom's three or four times a week."
Madden currently continues to advance his music career, while Nicole recently nabbed a guest role on NBC's "Chuck," airing in the fall.

Getting married is the first step, because it’s not as much of a commitment as having a child.It always makes me laugh when someone who has a baby says they’re not ready for marriage yet. How backwards. The cat’s out of the bag! Give the kid a family name and unit. When will even ONE single mama get that thru her head?
