Teen mother Jamie Lynn Spears left the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center under cover Saturday, according to Us Weekly. The 17-year-old, who gave birth two days ago, was driven from the medical center by 19-year-old baby daddy, Casey Aldridge.

Spears was in the backseat of Aldridge's Range Rover, hidden by a white sheet, and received a police escort. First photos of their baby girl, Maddie, are said to be worth a million dollars.

"I'm sure the baby's beautiful, and I'm so glad everybody's healthy and doing well," Jamie Lynn's cousin Alli Sims told the magazine. Jamie's sister Britney returned to Los Angeles on Friday after flying in for the event. A near paparazzi riot ensued on her return.
