Naomi Campbell hit the pavement after toppling off her heels on the isle of Capri, where she was vacationing with Brazilian beau Marcus Elias.

Campbell, notorious for her hot temper and outbursts, received community service after lobbing a cell phone at a former maid (which she recently parodied on "Ugly Betty"), and she's currently awaiting charges on an incident with cops at Heathrow Airport.

After the cell debacle, Naomi opened up to "Extra" about her hotheadedness, saying, "Everybody has defects, and everyone knows I have a defect. It's not that it's anger -- I just lose it. I'm very emotional."

A rep for Campbell told "Extra" today that Naomi is doing just fine.
