"Extra" is sharing secrets with the Hilton women -- Kathy, Paris and Nicky. We joined the trio at the posh Hotel Bel-Air to talk with Kathy about her new perfume, "My Secret" -- and Paris dished to "Extra" about life with musician beau Benji Madden.

"We are really happy -- he's my boyfriend and my best friend," says Paris. The heiress also nixed rumors that a wedding was in the works, but did talk about future motherhood. "I'm 27 years old now and running a successful business and I travel a lot," says Paris, "I don't have time for a family right now -- but, I'd love to have children one day, definitely."

Paris has plenty of time to practice for her future family with BFF Nicole Richie's new daughter, Harlow, whose father is Benji's twin and fellow rocker, Joel Madden. "We go over to their house in Glendale and watch movies, play with the baby, play Disney music. It's all very mature and much different from when we were younger."

Benji gets the parental stamp of approval as well! Kathy says, "I was there the first night. He was so nice. I was shocked with all the tattoos." She continues, "It goes to show, you don't judge a book by its cover. He's so nice, very kind very thoughtful." Kathy admits she's not quite ready for Paris to have a baby, saying, "I'm too young to be a grandmother!"
