Chef Todd English has his plate full with nearly 20 restaurants, three cookbooks, a PBS show called "Food Trip," and new L.A. hotspot "Beso" -- which he opened with actress Eva Longoria! Now, English is taking on Spanish cuisine with the help of his eco-friendly line of non-stick cookware.
