Forget golden tickets! "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" star Johnny Depp will be handing out the golden popcorn awards this weekend!

"Extra" has learned exclusively from Exec Producer Mark Burnett that superstar Depp will be presenting at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, June 1st.

Johnny is also a nominee for Best Comedic Performance for his work in the "Pirates" sequel. He is currently filming "Public Enemies" with co-star Christian Bale.
