I don’t like the title, simply because David Cook did not ‘burn’ David Archuleta. I think they are both great, but in my oppinion, David Archuleta is better. Don’t get me wrong, I like David Cook too, but i just think that David Archuleta has something more special about his voice. I voted for him, and I was SHOCKED and disappointed by the results. Oh well, I wish the best of luck to both of them!

Cook’s win was so well deserved. It was the best winning moment in the history of Idol. His coronation song, “Time of My Life”, is also the best winner’s single ever, and I hope it will be a huge hit. Congratulations, Cookie, and to Archie, too, who also did an amazing job. Both of you have huge careers ahead of you, so strap in tight, sit back, and enjoy the ride.

I hate your title, “Cook Burns Archuleta”. Even though I’m a Cook fan, I find it inappropriate. Both of them will be extremely successful, and neither of them are “burned”.

I agree totally! Best of everything to them both! I was surprised at the result, but not disappointed. I’d have felt the same if it went the other way, too! As a sidebar, though,I just wish there was some way voters could only vote ONCE,instead of sitting on the redial like their lives depended on it - I’d love to see how far apart the votes ACTUALLY were. Maybe that’s one of the A.I. ‘glitches’ they can someday work out.

Congrates to David cook. I think both Davids were great. I also think David cook was wonderful how he treated David A. He is very deserving of the win ans David A would have been. He seems very humble.
