If they're going to stay in France for the delivery of their twins, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt need a nest -- and now the A-list couple has reportedly plunked down a whopping $70 million for a 1,000-acre spread on the French Riviera, reports the NY Post.

Their alleged new stomping ground comes complete with its own vineyard, a forest, lake, ponies and three-mile driveway, plus a convenient moat to prevent pesky paparazzi from making a move on "Chateau Miraval."

The estate would be the perfect place to host little Shiloh's birthday party, who turns 2 today -- but "Extra" isn't sure that even Brad and Angelina's star power can close on a property that fast!
