Swayze's Treatment Plan Revealed

Early reports of Patrick Swayze's pancreatic cancer said the star had just weeks to live, but "Extra" spotted a healthy-looking Patrick working on his private plane in Los Angeles this week.

Now "Extra" has learned about a revolutionary new treatment which may hold some hope for the "Dirty Dancing" star -- the CyberKnife, a machine that delivers bursts of radiation to cancerous tumors with pinpoint accuracy.

In March, Patrick's physicians announced they were optimistic about his prognosis, saying, "Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far."

Patrick has said that he's blown away by the outpouring of support from around the world. As fans wait for more good news, send your own message to Patrick - by leaving a comment below.

Patrick.

I use to work @ MAC @ BUR. I had the opportunity to meet you and your fantastic wife on several occassions. We use to talk about flying and how, at the time, you were working on your instrument rating. I was so overwhelmed at how easy it was to talk with you and how much you love flying.
Hang in there, Patrick. Remember, you’ve touched the face of God.

Hey Patrick!!
My husband, Frank, was given a very short time to live also with his islet cell carcinoma. A rare form of pancreatic cancer. I think what got him through eight years of living with this disease was his positive attitude. He never gave up hope. Don’t you either. Hang in there and God bless you always,
Barbara

You are going to beat this, you and your family have the faith and insight to get you through this. I too have had to get real tough in my life, helping family members become survivors, instead of statistics. Without a doubt you have the best team and strengths around you and that comes directly from you, in addition to that you have the support of your loving wife, your wonderful family, friends, and your great pets. A family that has surrounded themselves with the love to help guide you to seek out the best treatment possible. My father was given days to live at 81yrs. old, guess what I stood up the Dr.s when they said he would not pull through, he did and today I can honestly say we did better than beat the odds we kept our family together. Keep up your strength and may you always remember the beautiful sunsets in the Arizona skies, As for being a horse lover myself I enjoyed much more than the actor you are but the man that your have strived to be. Your wife who is so dear to you, and its refreshing to see the love in both of your eyes. Now remember everyday that this is real, and even though it is rough, you will be back doing the things you love. Keep up with positive energy and ride this horse in the big show ring in life. You can do it. Be that Blue Ribbon Winner!!!!

As someone who had the priviledge to work with you in the 80s - I know your fighting spirit and the beautiful support you have from all your family and friends. I say a prayer for you every day — prayer does work. My friend Pete was diagnosed with a brain tumor and given only a few months to live — his doctors said nothing could be done. Many, many people started praying for him - and much to his doctors surprise - his tumor is gone! I have never been one to underestimate the power of prayer. I have faith that you will make it through this difficult time. My hope is for you and your family — and to possibly get to work with you again in the future. You are truly a kind, caring man — God Bless you.

Hi Patrick,
I’m so glad you are getting better and I want to share with you about an optimal nutrition that will give your body everything it needs to get back to 100%
I know you probably will not believe me so please check out this web site sponsored by the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY The web site is www.sharinghope.tv. When you get to the second link UTUBE a c s you will see in dark letters sharinghope.tv,click on sharinghope.tv. At the next site click on videos. You will see most popular Annies survivors story. Click on it. Annies was given 2- 3 months to live. She started taking this product flooding her body and now her tumors have shrunk over 50% and now the American Cancer Society is looking at nutrition.
My husband had tumors and I gave him 6 shakes a day and in three months when he returned to the doctors and they gave him an MRI and a ultra sound they could not find any tumors. That was at Mass General in Boston MA This product is not a cure it just gives the body what it needs and the body does the rest. Please feel free to contact me and I will help you through this. I can be reached at gjoh104024@aol.com or call me at 781-581-0257
God Bless
