Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is talking about her battle with post-partum depression, which she endured after the birth of her second child, Moses, in 2006. "I didn't know I had it until after it was over," Paltrow told Us Weekly. "I just didn't know what was wrong with me."
Paltrow reveals the problem in the May issue of Vogue, and suspects the depression stemmed from not undergoing pre-baby acupuncture treatments, like the ones she received while pregnant with her first child, 4-year-old daughter Apple. After giving birth to Moses, Paltrow admits, "I felt really disconnected. I felt really down. Since the birth of her son, the actress stepped back from the Hollywood limelight to focus on her growing family. She returns in May's "Iron Man," and has finally found a balance between working and being a mom.
"She set out to be a wonderful actress," mother Blythe Danner told Us Weekly, "but motherhood is very important to her... and I think she's finding a balance."

Gwyneth Paltrow, daughter of Blythe Danner.,*(The Great Santini)..,with Robert Duval..,will be in a new science fiction film that places Gwyneth in an Electronic World of Espionage and Intrigue. “It’s a Cloak and Dagger Thriller”..,with leanings toward Cyberspace..,with a “Twist”. It’s a “Hot-Wired” situation starring a lovely lady. Gwyneth married and has two kids with rocker Chris Martin of “Cold-Play”.., and freind of Steven Speilberg., *(ET, JAWS , SCHINDLER’S).
