He's the hunk heating up primetime, tracking down bad guys on "Women's Murder Club" -- and "Extra" goes behind the scenes of the ABC hit with Rob Estes! Rob plays Tom Hogan, boss and ex-husband to co-star Angie Harmon's character, detective Lindsay Boxer.

Harmon gives "Extra" a sneak peek at the practical joke she played on Rob -- a complete girly makeover of his trailer -- and Rob opens up on how he gets in touch with his softer side. "I like a yoga class now and then," he says.

Don't expect those yoga skills to transfer to a dance floor any time soon -- Rob reveals that he won't be trading his gun for a dance costume on "Dancing with the Stars" any time soon. "I would never be on it," he said, joking, "If I could wear a thong I might do it."
