Eva Mendes is "taking a break and having a good time" after a stint in rehab, she tells People. "This year has been great for me because I've learned how to relax," she said at a luncheon co-hosted by Fresh Cosmetics and clothing line Rose at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Eva, 34, entered Utah's Cirque Lodge in February -- the same place where reformed bad girl Lindsay Lohan sought treatment. At the time, Eva's rep said the "We Own the Night" beauty was seeking help for "personal issues."
