The family of an Iraq war vet critically injured in a high-speed car crash is suing the Hogans for liability - son Nick Hogan was at the wheel. John Graziano, 23, a Marine, was a passenger in 17-year-old Nick's car when he lost control and slammed into a palm tree in Florida. Graziano has been unconscious since the August accident -- and his lawyers say he'll require constant care for the rest of his life.

The Graziano family filed suit on Monday, claiming Hulk and his wife Linda are liable for Nick's actions. They also accuse the Hogans of pulling "publicity stunts" by visiting John in the hospital, because pictures of the family bringing gifts to Graziano were splashed on celebrity news sites. But the Hogans' lawyer calls that accusation "nonsense."

Nick faces a criminal charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, which is a felony.
