A million-dollar offer to Ashley Dupre from "Girls Gone Wild" has been withdrawn after GGW founder Joe Francis looked through his archives and found footage of Dupre celebrating -- and we do mean celebrating -- her 18th birthday in Miami. But was she celebrating a wee bit early? A statement from Dupre's attorney says that the wayward call girl may have been 17 at the time.

The statement includes this juicy tidbit: "All nude images of Ms. Dupre were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. In Florida, where Ms. Dupre was filmed, the law allows even women under the age of 18 to be filmed nude with their consent. However, Girls Gone Wild has a corporate policy not to use individuals under the age of 18. "

The video is said to include same-sex encounters and much nudity on a "Girls Gone Wild" bus, shot after Dupre had been kicked out of a hotel. Just like a classy call girl would, Dupre took a Greyhound home to New Jersey.

A press release from "Girls Gone Wild" says Dupre is featured in seven full-length tapes that were shot in the course of a week. This bad girl is a gift that keeps on giving!
