Charlie Wins Custody Fight

Charlie Sheen’s lengthy custody battle with Denise Richards has lasted nearly two years, but now Charlie has emerged victorious – in the new settlement, he’s getting everything he originally asked for. "We've always stood by the reality that the truth will prevail," Charlie told "Extra" in a past interview.

"Extra’s" inside sources say the exes have just come to a custody agreement – with Charlie getting everything he fought for – and the case is settled 100 percent in his favor.

Charlie has won on every front – and the good news keeps coming; he and fiancée Brooke Mueller just revealed their wedding plans to "Extra," saying, "We’re getting married this summer!" Charlie’s mega-hit show, "Two and a Half Men," returns with all-new episodes March 17.

I’m so happy for Charlie and Brooke. I think the best thing for his girls is to spend time with them. Denise is not as happy as she pretends to be I guess. Lets hope her girls don’t end up like her…..

so many mothers in this world want fathers t be part of their childrens lives when they are not, so i think she is wicked to want to keep the father away from his kids, especially if he wants to be there, he seems to be a good father why take his role as a father away from him. i am happy the court decided to keep him in his childrens life.good luck charlie.

Denise seriously needs to move on with her life. She should stop using Charlie and the children as a tool to cover her insecurities about herself. She has defied the parental ability of Charlie in every way she could. Yet, when child support came around, she took every penny she could. It is so nice to see the father prevail over a gold-digging minus trustworthy diva.
