Pamela Anderson's estranged husband Rick Salomon says their marriage was a fraud. Join the club! The porn pusher is making the same allegation Pam did when she filed papers last month asking for an annulment of their two-month union.

Salomon filed his own papers Friday, but neither one has explained why they checked "fraud" as the reason for the annulment. The two were wed last October during a break between Pam's magic shows in Las Vegas. When they called it quits in December, she cited irreconcilable differences.

Salomon was the producer and co-star of Paris Hilton's sex tape.
