I have battled with anxiety and depression my whole life. It’s so painful both emotionally and physically. To describe it to someone is difficult. I’m glad Delta has the courage to talk about it. It’s comforting to know that we’re not alone in this illness and that people are trying to find a solution.

my mom died of cancer back in October. i fell into a deep depression and for the first time ever in my life i checked into a hospital. it saved my life. i am writing a book about it. if someone would ever publish it. Hang in there. Lots of people either suffer or knows someone that has struggled with depression.

Hi Delta, You have everything to live for and I am glad to see that you have not given up on yourself. My husband and sister suffer from depression and I have in the past.
