Michael Jackson Won't Perform at Grammy Awards

Sorry, Jackson fans. The King of Pop won't be making a special appearance at the Grammys.

"Extra" has learned that reports of a special performance Sunday night are false. The show's Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich has put an end to speculation, dismissing rumors that he's taking the stage.

There isn’t an artist out now that hasn’t been influenced or inspired by Michael Jackson. He is as close to perfection as an artist can be.

We love Michael Jackson.

Another class-act michael jackson follower. Joe WASN’T the first to comment, and he DIDN’T speak for anyone else. GO, Terrell! That is, go re-learn a bit of grammar, so you can be better armed in your ‘defense’ of a ‘celebrity’. (Last time I checked, one could be a fan of whomever he/she chose, since musical taste is subjective and personal)

Shut up Joe, if you did not want to see or look for Michael then be quiet on the issue. People like Joe always amazes me. They are the first to “Claim’ not to care about Michael YET they are the first to make a statement. Shut up. Michael did not put out this rumor, the grammy, foxnews, and everyone else put this rumor out (that why it was never put to rest). They know Michael is ratings and is the best performer. Even radio DJs were disappointed just morning. So Joe, just because YOU “claim” not to be looking for Michael, obviously MILLIONS of others were looking for Michael (and you do NOT speak of us so be gone). GO Michael.

Methinks Michael himself started that rumor, cause I don’t believe he was even asked. I know I wasn’t looking for him.

If Michael Jackson performs it’ll be off the hook! Man!The floodgates exploding!… but I seriously didn’t expect him to perform to Thriller 25 tribute. More plausible when there’s a brand new studio album release. Good that it’s all about his music. Go Michael! we luv ya’.

Well, according to Foxnews today, Michael has been rehearsing in Burbank…so I do not know who to believe. I will just watch and find out. Plus, MJ likes to surprise instead of everyone knowing what he’s up to. Gosh I want to see him perform sooooooo bad!

By this time next year, hopefully Michael Jackson will have a more authentic reason to attend and perform; after being nominated for his NEW album which I hope comes out this year! Can’t wait.
