According to reports, Eva Mendes has left rehab, but she's planning on returning to finish treatment.

The 33-year-old actress entered the Cirque Lodge in Utah last week for “personal issues," the same celebrity facility that treated Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen.

A statement from her publicist read, "Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support.”
