Brit Has Right to Privacy in Medical Records

“Extra” has obtained court documents which show that Britney Spears' medical records will be sealed to the public.

The judge ordered the ruling in yesterday’s custody hearing.

The documents read, “Britney has strong interests in her constitutional right to privacy in obtaining effective medical treatment.”

I’m not understanding why they would need to be released to the public, especially when she isn’t harming any of us. — I do however hope Brit realizes that she is in trouble mentally and emotionally and that her main concern should be getting herself healthy so she can bring home her boys.
