Britney's Parents Fear For Her Life
Britney Spears' concerned parents Jamie and Lynne have issued a joint statement to CNN following their troubled daughter's release from UCLA Medical Center.
"As parents of an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe.
"We are deeply concerned about our daughter's safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantl disregarded.
"We ask only that the court's orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted."

It is a shame that there is always such controversy over something that is so obviouse. She is really in need of care from her family. I don’t or cant say exactly what the boudaries of that care are but she must be looked after at any rate and I really do think that drugs have become a huge part of what has gone wrong with this girl. I think she was very depressed with what happened with her divorce and having two small children on her own and she turned to the wrong people and durgs for comfort. I think that her parents stepped in when they knew the time was right. Anytime before now would have been premature and she would NOT have accepted their help AT ALL. The circumstances have gotten so bad that she has no choice but to accept the fact that she cannot do this on her own. I hope that they keep Sam completely away from her from here on out and give her time to reconcile her lifestyle and her relationship with her children.
