Valentine’s Day won’t be as sweet for Britney Spears as the troubled star prepares for a new court battle today.
Brit's father Jamie is reportedly heading to court as part of their ongoing conservatorship battle. Jamie was granted control over Britney's affairs after her admission to UCLA Medical Center, and Britney's lawyers have contested the ruling. According to OK magazine, Brit cannot drive her car, talk on her cell phone or see anyone she wants without permission from her dad.
It's not clear if Britney will actually show today.
Britney's next court battle takes place Feb. 19, when she'll face off with ex-hubby Kevin Federline in another custody case.
K-Fed currently has sole custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
Meanwhile, is Brit's paparazzi boytoy Adnan Ghalib in trouble with the law?
X17online.com caught him in a showdown yesterday with another paparazzi who was trying to snap his photo. The paparazzi involved in the altercation has reportedly filed a police report.
