Boycotts don’t work. The Writers Strike may have shut down Hollywood, but don’t make it bad by boycotting events. They don’t work. Last December, “The Golden Compass” was released. the Catholic League theatering to boycott the film. It may have a poor showing at the box office, but the boycott didn’t work. So if any big-name star mention the possibly of a boycott, Dont! it’s going to make things worse for Hollywood.
