Her mother requested Dr. Phil visit Britney in the first place. When she saw how upset it made Britney, she blamed it all on Dr. Phil. Take the focus off the family and blame it on good old Dr. Phil.

I feel really sad for Brit’s kids. She has been on a downward spiral for years now. If she was smart and really wanted to improve herself she would move out of CA to some place really remote (like New Mexico, such as Julia Roberts) and start focusing her herself and her kids. I feel she LOVES the media chasing her and LOVES to get the attention. She is not thinking of what is best for her kids and her role as a mother to them. She has had enough fun these past years that would make up for the missed childhood! Move out of CA where the paparazzi is not going to be chasing her around and start to focus on how she can be a better mother to her kids. Removing herself from the paparzzi….eventually she would become yesterdays news and the world would forget about her, like they should this should be a personnal matter hidden from everyone and the only way that will happen is if she gets out of Hollywood.

It is very sad for what the family is going thru. This was going to happend sooner or later. When people such as Britney Spears have a lot of fame at a very young age you are desperate in need of afection and atention, Which unfortunatly she didn’t have. I just hope it doesn’t turn in to a tragedy. She need to realize that she is a mother and need to set an example to her babies. She is accting like a kid her self because she skip that part of life.

Yes Dr Phil is such a great guy that he went from the hospital straight to the MEDIA. If he really wanted to help he could of kept his mouth shut like therapist do, AND try to reach BRITNEY with out the MEDIA cicus, He made it a joke. and now He’s is the joke of a therapist.One who can’t be trusted.

What therapist does that ?? Dr Phil lost all credibility as a decent person. I can’t for the life of me understand what he thought he would gain by blasting on the TV what should of been CONFIDENTAL! He was not even invited by BRITNEY. The Hospital should have never let him near her without her consent. Just another person who betrayed and used her for the almightly dollar.

This is just a rediculous mess. This FAMILY needs some VERY serious help. Dr. Phil hasnt shared anything that any of us dont already know thanks to the spears family circus. Keep in mind Dr. Phill is being attacked by a 16 year old pregnant sister of Britney Spears and the Mother who raised both of them!!! Hello, DUH!!! No one needs a degree to see the train wreck. What the Spears need to do is pack up everything and find a nice place to go where no one knows them and seek some serious council. Stay away for as long as it takes then stay longer. Disapear until you can all pull it together and get a grip. LYNN!!! Stop asking for help then complaining about it!!!! Its time for all of you to grow up and lean to deal with the real world

if dr. phil can reach her more power to him . she need help and her family is in for a rude awaking. the girls a junkie and maybe she rather party then be a mom it happens! so deal with it let her get the help she needs sooner or later she may say enough is enough .

Dr. Phil is not a licensed Dr. It is part of his contract to be on a TV show that he cannot be licensed. This allows him to say what he wants without the liability as he is a celebrity personality. First hand accounts show he is a complete joke who really needs to be leashed. Everything on his show is created out of imaginative producers and creative writers who coach the good Doctor on just what to say. He never really gets the truth about his guests till minutes before the show and is given a fabricated blown out of proportion view of the guests. His guests are given tasks to re-enact that are over the top for the camera. They are also coached in how to say certain statements that can be twisted out of context very easily. He offers no real hope or any sort of help outside of insulting people on his show to send them home suicidal. Extra should do some investigation in Texas with him. He did it to both my wife & I.

As anyone ever thought that Britney may not want to live anymore? If Entertainment News Agencies and Papers stopped the continous coverage on her, she will eventually go thru detox from this thing called FAME. She may just go some where and sit her butt down. Stop the coverage and she wont have anyone to put on a show for. Or do these media outlets want to see her die??

Dr. Phil, you did nothing wrong. The Spears’ family is messed up. They are in denial and need someone to blame other than themselves. It makes them feel better. They need to seriously look inside themselves and fix what needs to be fixed. This is just a very sad family that is going down fast. They need serious help and you tried. Good for you. Dr Phil did a good deed, he came when asked to help,he is a good man an did what he could to get her help she refused it. A person needs to recognize what is going on to ask for help they need to hit rock bottom, almost death before they take the least path of resistance unfittany does not think or feel she has an issue till she does this will continue.
what could stop her would be ignoring her and her stupid antics she thinks she is a legend in her own mind.
What did the family expect when he went to the hospital to see unfittany that he would not be seen?
The family is also in severe denial, with the other 16 year old daughter pregnant, an this one with Bipolar disorder, an estranged couple who claim to have raised these children properly when the actions speak louder than words….they have to face the reality of their celebrity choices. they could of asked anyone else to help them which was not a media celebrity in this field. GET over it, leave her alone and let her make her own choices and if she chooses to die well that is her life not yours or the medias.
I think it is time to stop chasing her giving her the attention that she craves it is an addiction and focus on someone else that is doing good things instead of bad stuff. You extra can be first of the media in the forefront that say we as of today will not focus on the unfittany story anymore we are going to focus on other such stories that are more important. I am sure yall know what I mean. Dr Phil you rule an thanks for trying at least you did.

This is exactly what Brits family needs to continue doing, blasting false reports and standing up for their daughter. Hopefully this has not compromised the family and that their relationship improves for the sake of their family and daughter.
