“Extra” has learned that Shaquille O’Neal has agreed to provide his estranged wife with whatever documentations she wants, as long as she signs a confidentiality agreement.

The divorce court papers state that “he will produce all documents in his possession, custody and control…upon reasonable notice, subject to the execution of a confidentiality agreement.”
