Queen Latifah 'Misses' Golden Globes
Queen Latifah may have won a Golden Globe for her performance in "Life Support," but there's one thing she's still missing: the pomp and circumstance sacrificed due to the writers strike.
"To me, the Golden Globes are like one of those fun awards shows to go to," Latifah told "Extra." "There are people like Meryl [Streep] and Jack [Nicholson] and Diane [Keaton] there. I'll miss it. I'll definitely miss it."

I agree with Queen Latifah. I missed the Golden Globes too. Instead of watching the Globes on sunday, I had to watch the first episode of “the Terminator:The Sarah Conner Chroncles.” But I did catch the news conference. It was sad to see the real show replaced by a news conference. I wish they settle the strike. I’m with the strikers, but I don’t want to see the Academy Awards cancelled.
