Why can’t you make getting the recipes easier. It would be nice to have the word “recipe” or something that you could click on to find a list of the available recipes from each story. I click on the link and all I get is a video (which is not what I want). If there is an easier way to get the recipes, please let me know. Thanks.

You can cut and paste into a MS Word documenat and the font is a great size.
My daugher-in-law is Italian and her grandmother just passed away. Her grandmother & grandfather always had their family over for salad, homemade pasta, sauce & bread on Sundays at 1pm.
As my grandson said, “I only eat Noni’s sauce”. So now I want to try this. ENJOY!

YUMMY!
Love the Scotto family!
One diced carrot with the onion will disappear in sauce and guarantee no acidity!

To simply print the recipe, left click your mouse and hold down and highlite just the recipe, go to file and click “selection”, then print. The recipe alone will print.

Great recipe! Oh, by the way, the reason there is no ‘printer friendly’ on the pages is because it is a fairly difficult task that only the best web designers can put together…Extra is a pretty hot property, so as a consumer, I’d expect it to happen in the next 18-months to 2-years. Be patient, someone will come along. Cheers!

Why don’t the web designers make a printer friendly page for the recipes shown. I printed this for my wife and she had to get out a magnifying glass to read it.

Instead of Parmesan cheese in the meatballs, try Locatelli.
