K-Fed's Lawyer Reveals New Details in Brit's Deposition
Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is giving insight into Britney Spears' deposition yesterday afternoon.
"For the three hours she was there, or two hours, [there was] maybe 30 or 40 minutes of actual questioning," Kaplan told "Extra."
As for her late-night shopping and driving, Kaplan says the court will take it under consideration.
"Courts like to see people that engage in child-centered behavior when they're with their kids, and you know, when they're about to be with their kids," he said.
He also told People that Britney's deposition was "gut-wrenching," though he didn't go into specifics. "Just to revisit them even in your own mind would not be pleasurable."

When Is Kaplan going to stop FEEDING the media Information about this case. And if the courts are going to look at the behavior of one parent they should look into the behavior of the OTHER. K-Ked is a known drug user, why isnt the courts intrested in what he does.? It amazes me to all ends how the COURT of California allow child custody hearing information get on TV and discuss what should be Kept in the COURTHOUSE. why have a closed court room if they are only going to leak to the MEDIA what was said anyways..NO ONES PROTECTING THE KIDS..
