K-Fed's Attorney: 'The Kids Are Safe'

Britney Spears might not see her kids until April, says Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.
The troubled star, 26, won't see Sean Preston and Jayden James "if the visitation stays suspended," Kaplan tells "Extra."
However, Kaplan insists that the children were well, saying, "The kids are safe and in a really safe, good environment."

I could not disagree with the 1st comment more. While I feel very sorry for Spears, her children are not safe with her. And I have read many things about Federline in non-tabloid publicatins. While he may not be that great as a rap musician, he is a father who loves his kids very much, and takes very good care of them. That has also been said by Shar Jackson, who is the mother of Federline’s 2 slightly older children. Spears makes over 700 thousand
dollars a month. She pays $20,000 a month in child support payments to Federline, and a onetime $120,000 payment for Federline’s legal expenses.
Spears still has plenty of money for herself. But as the main provider of the
family, she has to support her children
and pay it to the custodial parent, which in this case is their father. Custodial fathers deserve the exact same rights from the family court as do
custodial mothers. And what’s wrong with that?
