Hearing Starts Without Britney, K-Fed in Court

Britney Spears' custody hearing has started without her.

The pop star is a no-show today for the downtown L.A. hearing. Kevin Federline arrived at 9:00 AM for the 9:30 AM hearing. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon began the hearing but reporters are not allowed in the courtroom.

Today's hearing will focus on Brit's standoff with police last week which led to her being stripped of all temporary visitation rights. Firefighters and police officers are expected to testify.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told "Extra" last week that Brit may not see her kids until April if things continue this way.

OMG!!! Kevin -you dog! I can hear him and the first ex - the one he left for Britney….the pregnant girlfriend…..”see baby - I told you all you had to do is hold on a minute..and we would hook the big fish!” Aren’t they back together raising all the babies together? I don’t think that he is using this as a meal ticket - where has she been???

He has stepped up to the plate and taken care of his responsibilities…

She hasn’t done anything other than party here and there, go vacationing here and there, locked herself in the bedroom with one of her children, driven her car with a child sitting on her lap in the drivers seat..

I could go on and on, the girl needs some serious help soon…

Don’t want her to end up like Anna Nicole Smith…

Of course he’s in court. This is his only meal ticket we’re talking about afterall; And what a meal ticket it is! His ex Shar Jackson keeps going on about what a great father he is. What a load of crock! She’s got to say that of course, her livelihood and that of her kids depend heavily on Kevin milking Britney dry and bringing home the bacon courtesy of his 2 kids with Britney. Shame on all of them!

The public/paparazzi that has a magnefying glass on this woman will not be satisfied until she sticks a gun in her mouth and blows her brains out. And then they’ll be right there, snapping away, or casually reading about it while sipping a Grande Latte. It’s sick. I feel sorry for her, but until these idiots get the cameras out of her face every time she opens her front door, whether to pick up a Coke at the deli or have a nervous breakdown, and until the public stops sucking up every drop of news, it won’t stop. The fact that two babies are involved is incredibly sad. If the public frenzy over this would just stop (as if) maybe the same family that shoved her onto the stage fifteen years ago could take responsibility (for once) and help her help herself.

I still think K-Fed is a irresponsible prat! A total fake and kiss but for the attention he’s getting.
no wonder Brit is total miss up, he is an on-off kind of guy and gets her pregnant again. Duh! what a Git!
