It’s not normal or healthy to look like this six months after pregnancy. You’re only supposed to be starting to get back into your pre pregnancy workout routines around six months. And, clearly she wasn’t breastfeeding because Nutra-system can not be a healthy option for baby. Is this the kind of person we want to hold up as an example? So sick of the world not revering mothers’ soft, curvy bodies and holding overexcercised models up as examples. You can be healthy, fit and still not look like this—this is unachievable for most average women.
