Its how you eat before and after your pregnancy and discipline. Alot of pregnant women use the excuse to eat junk food at that time do to cravings and that really can be the worst thing to do especially if you want to lose after birth. I enjoy helping women eat healthy when expecting and many who made the commitment to eat well look great.
