Is Adnan Bad News for Britney?

Britney's constant companion of late, photographer Adnan Ghalib, is under fire from skeptics who say the paparazzo is hanging with the troubled star for all the wrong reasons.

The 35-year-old England native, who is reportedly separated from his wife, has been by Britney's side 24/7, and the two have been seen kissing, holding hands, laughing and sharing cigarettes. It's a stark contrast from the Britney seen by the world this weekend.

Even fellow paparazzi seem to be worried about Brit's beau. "Extra" overhead them yelling to Britney last night, "Don't you know Adnan's using you?"

On ABC's "20/20," Adnan admitted, "She's never made the best choices in friends, even in relationships."

Now there are reports Adnan is willing to broker a multi-million dollar deal to sell post-breakdown Britney photos. Adnan works for photo agency FinalPixx, and according to MSNBC, "concerned friends" are already sweating over pics Adnan has been shopping around.

I feel very sorry for her, all that she has in life and she’s is very,very unhappy she reality could get better if she would get the hell out of Hollywood for a while and start making herself do things for herself and STOP trying to pleases everyone else where are her ParisHiltons friends?? And don’t let her

I think this guy is just not good . See he knows Britney weekness that she wants to be loved so he useing that to beable to make his money . Which is really not right . I wish her family would step in and tell her that this guy is no good for her . I think she should be alone for awhile . Meaning she should not date anyone cause the guys she has been dating were just using her for money or to get famous . She needs to fouse on her self and get better . So she can see her kids again.

I guess Howard Stern is busy, so this guy is latching onto Britney. She really really needs someone to look after her best interest and this guy isn’t it. She is being used. As crazy as she acts, I feel sorry for her that she has no REAL friends to help her.

I must admit that I have never been a Britney Spears fan, but I do feel sorry for her that she does not realize that this paparazzo she is hanging out with is only using/exploiting her for his own agenda. Obviously, her judgement has not been good lately and I would hate to see her get emotionally hurt by this creep. Even other members of the paparazzi are warning her about him. Britney, please get some sense and get rid of this guy before he really hurts you.
