No Change in Visitation, Kevin Keeps the Kids

The hearing is over in Britney Spears' custody case and she didn't get her visitation rights reinstated. Kevin keeps temporary full custody for now.

L.A. County Court Public Information Officer Alan Parachini has made the following statement:

"The previous custody orders under which Britney Spears has no access to the children remains in effect. Both sides presented arguments and were heard by court. Ms Spears has no custody or visitation rights at this moment.

"One of the lawyers left the building with Ms. Spears. It doesn't appear that she is coming back. What I can tell you is that she arrived at 9:15 to a predetermined place in courthouse. After going through weapons screening she indicated to the deputies that she wanted to leave.

"[Spears'] lawyers tried to get her visitation . Kevin was asked some yes or no questions by the judge. Two motions were filed this morning. One by both sides. Notice was taken by the court of Britney's absence."

I’m a Britney fan, but she doesn’t seem to want to get her kids back. If I were in her situation I would be doing whatever the Judge ask of me. I would definetly be going to ALL of my court appointments. I wish they could agree to a joint custody, all kids deserve to have both their parents in their lives. Britney you need to step and prove you want to care for your son’s.

ah this is disgusting. Britney deserves those children. She’s the one who had to deal with pregnancy twice for 9 months each. She’s the one who was with them day and night when Kevin was partying in Vegas day and night with Britney’s money. He was the one who was never by her side when we’d see her out with Sean, and Jayden.
Who pushes them on those toy cars? Oh yeah nannies.

The judge made her take random drug tests just to paint her as a drug-addicted mother. When all of those tests came back negative for Drugs and alcohol he was probably so freaking embarrassed about what he did. Britney is not a drug addict. She never was. Back in rehab she was tested and once again she was negative for those things. the judge has screwed up so many times, and Kaplan keeps on making everything so publicized about what happens in court. He’s disgusting. You know your client is good for nothing if he doesn’t have a job, and his ex-wife needs to pay for his lawyer fees.

this is ridiculous how far this has went……i think k fed is a con….he may be on the down low but he will eventually mess up himself……i hope britney gets her children back…..i hope she will get through everything and become better and stronger…..she is not as bad as some women out there that still have their kids…..not even close….things have been twisted pulled apart in these stories……unbelievable
