That chili and baked taco looked so good. Where can we get the chili recipe and what tortillas do you use for the baked taco?

Wish we could get your bagels in the Atlanta area!

Love the bagels. Have taken the information to my Weight Watcher meeting here in Houston TX. Would love to see your bagels in our super markets here, but until then I will continue to order on line. Thanks again for giving me back my bagels.

Thanks EXTRA! This has been awesome! I would like to say, however, that the bagels didn’t “save my life”. I am healthier and REALLY glad that I’ve lost my weight … and the bagels ARE good … but they’re just bagels. Yummy bagels. But not lifesavers. :)
If anyone wants more info on them or to check out my sites come on over to:

www.kimbensen.com OR
www.kimslightbagels.oom

I WOULD like to add that for any of those out there struggling, please don’t give up. You CAN do it! The only way you’ll NEVER kose weight is if you stop trying.

How do I find out where the bagels are sold in stores or can I buy them direct.
Thank you,
Barbara

I’m so glad that they showed this story. I was surprised however that they didn’t mention her website or how to find more information about her on this page. Thank you to the first comment writer, Anonky, for displaying it… www.kimbenson.com

I could for sure eat chili, salad, and bagels and be completely happy and full. I’m about her original size so this might be the diet that works for me.

But I don’t like how they say that it “saved her life” because even though someone is big doesn’t mean that they are dying. I’m big and I don’t have high blood pressure, I don’t have diabetes, I don’t have high cholesterol, and the doctors can find nothing wrong with me. Then my “thin” friend has high blood pressure and eats horribly, also has high cholesterol.

But they have to promote that all fat people are dying which is just ridiculous. But I am interested in her diet so I will be looking at her page.

Since they don’t take the time to mention it here or on the show, you can find more info at kimbenson.com.
