Dr. Phil Blasted for Visiting Britney

Dr. Phil McGraw is being ripped apart for visiting Britney Spears at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following her standoff with police.

There are reports that Britney didn't know the TV doc would be dropping in, and when he made his visit, she stormed out. In addition, rumors are swirling that Dr. Phil's visit with the troubled star lasted only 15 minutes, and not the hour he is claiming.

Star Jones blasted Dr. Phil's move on NBC's "Today" show this morning, saying Britney doesn't need help from a TV therapist. Instead, she should be seen by "somebody who'll
take care of her," said Star.

Dr. Phil is promising to reveal more about his sit-down with Britney this week on his show. He says his "exclusive visit" with Britney has left him "convinced more than ever" that she is in dire need of medical and psychological intervention.

I feel that Dr. Phil is really only looking after Britney’s health and mind set at this time. After all if you truly watch Dr. Phil you would know how bothered he was by all that happened with Anna Nichole Smith. I really think he wishes he could of help her too.

AT the begining I found his show helpful, now it is more like a Jerry Springer episode trying to look dignified.I no longer watch him because his show is more about exploiding his guest for personal gain than helping them.

The fact that he is talking about it makes me believe that he’s after the publicity. I don’t blame her for being upset that he was there. Undoubtedly, she needs professional help, but not from Dr. Phil!

I have had it up to here with people sitting on their butts saying that Britney should do this, and Britney should do that, “Why doesn’t the media leave her alone?”

Dr. Phil maybe be a little more “full” of himself, but he is the ONLY one who has actually made a move to try and help her!!! (instead of just talking about helping her like so many have publicly declared)

What about doctor/patient confidentiality?He’s really getting full of himself over the past years this pimping doctor.Anything for more money and more ratings!!!
